Today’s Cambodia is magical, mysterious that is blessed with great cultural antiquity and spectacular rural landscapes. Our 14 days Cambodia tour package starts through Siem Reap – exploring the exceptional remains of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom as well as the less-visited temples of Banteay Srei and Ta Prohm. From here, we will travel by boat on a picturesque journey to colonial Battambang and spend time in Phnom Penh. End your Cambodia tour by spending a laid-back trip to the coastal town of Kep.

Getting there
It is important to note that there are no direct flights from anywhere in the UK to Cambodia. However, a number of airlines offer single-stop options from Heathrow to Phnom Penh. You can choose between British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Malaysian and Qatar Airways that travel to Cambodia via their regional hubs.

Visa requirements

Money
The currency used in Cambodia is the ‘riel’.
Shopping

BANGKOK to SIEM REAP
Today, you will arrive in Bangkok and fly to Siem Reap. Here you will spend four days. Siem Reap is the gateway to the temples of Angkor and been the capital of the ancient Khmer Empire.
SIEM REAP to ANGKOR WAT
Today, after breakfast, we will leave for a day for temples. First stop is Angkor Thom, where we will discover temple ruins of Bayon, Baphoun and Phimeanakas and the Elephant Terrace and the 12th century Terrace of the Leper Kind. We will have lunch at Marum, a local restaurant. After lunch, head to Angkor for the Angkor Wat. We will explore the extraordinary architecture and beautiful sculptures. Later in the evening, we will leave for Pre Rup, a pyramidal temple surrounded by lush rice paddies and watch the sunset.
SIEM REAP
Today, we will visit the Roluos group of temples that are over 1,100 years old. Later return to Siem Reap and enjoy the rest of the day wandering through the craft markets of Siem Reap or relax at the hotel pool.
SIEM REAP
Today morning we will travel to Banteay Srei, which is a 10th-century temple. The site of temples is dedicated to the Hindu god of Brahma. Later we will travel to the remains of Ta Prohm. In the afternoon, we will join a group of local mothers and learn how these women turn rubbish into colourful handmade arts and crafts. In the evening, we will join ‘Dining for a Cause’ culinary tour for social enterprise restaurants.
SIEM REAP to BATTAMBANG
Today, we will travel by a local comfortable boat from Siem Reap to Battambang.
BATTAMBANG
Today, after breakfast we will proceed for a full-day tour of Battambang. First, take a ride on the 'Bamboo Train' – a simple wooden platform on wheels that follows a railway track through the beautiful Cambodian countryside. We will explore one of the remote villages and take a walking tour of the town's historic centre.
The tour highlights include the grand French Governor's residence, the ancient Wat Ek temple and the hilltop Wat Ban Non, and dinner at Jaan Bai.
BATTAMBANG to PHNOM PENH
After breakfast, we will leave for Battambang and drive to Phnom Penh. En-route visit the floating village of Kampong Leung and the lively port of Kompong Chhnang. Before reaching Phnom Penh, reach at Oudong.
PHNOM PENH
Today we will explore the riverside city and travel to Choeung Ek killing fields and Toul Sleng Museum which recounts the horrors of the notorious Khmer Rouge regime. Later we will visit the National Museum which is home to a fantastic collection of ancient Khmer archaeological, religious, and artistic artefacts, the French-built Royal Palace complex, the Silver Pagoda and the city's oldest shrine, the mystical Wat Phnom.
PHNOM PENH to KEP
Today morning, we will drive south to Kep.
